1. Service Overview

FlexiESIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel and connectivity. Our service allows you to purchase and activate mobile data plans remotely, without a physical SIM card. Service availability, coverage, and speed may vary depending on your destination country, local network infrastructure, and device compatibility. eSIM requires a compatible, carrier-unlocked device.

2. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (for Indian Rupee transactions) or Stripe (for international transactions). Prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Promotional discounts cannot be combined.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been installed or activated. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Partially used plans, plans past their validity period, or plans that have been installed are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling passkeys or two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

5. Limitations of Liability

FlexiESIM acts as a distributor of eSIM connectivity services and is not a mobile network operator. We are not liable for: device incompatibility, network coverage limitations in destination countries, service interruptions by local carriers, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
